Refund policy

At Varman Watches, we take pride in offering high-quality luxury watches and exceptional customer service. To ensure your satisfaction, we have outlined our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition, including all packaging, tags, manuals, certificates, and accessories.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Returns are not accepted for watches that have been resized, altered, or show signs of wear.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs by the customer

  • Fraudulent or scam attempts, including failure to complete payment via bank transfer or credit card

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer that prevents successful shipment

  • Order cancellation requests made after the order has already been processed or shipped, regardless of timing

  • Customers who fail to provide necessary documentation (e.g., payment proof, receipt, or valid reason) for refund or dispute resolution

  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion (unless proven to be defective)

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for issues caused by bank or Visa/MasterCard payment errors that are not related to our platform or services.

3. Return Process

  • If your return request is approved after review by our internal specialist team, detailed instructions for the return shipment, including the return address and contact information, will be provided via email. Please wait for our confirmation before sending any items back.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
